SHORT-y...



HEY HEY HELLO....!!

Here's me again =) And AS IN THE LAST DAYS I just CANNOT stay TOO LONG here =(((( REALLY I'm LOOKING FORWARD to a more RELAXING time...ehh...hope it'll come soon !!


...by the way I hope you all have a NOT TOO BAD haha START in the new week!? =)) It's Tuesday already..so hey!! It'll be weekend in a few days haha =D !!

Ok ok...I'm sorry but..I have to be pretty quick now!!

A VERY rush-y morning began with a nice Yoga session and .... with THIS...........!!
(It was carefully prepared the night before to avoid more stress hah =))







It was OH SO DELICIOUS!! And BiG !! (Since I'm REALLY VERY hungry these days in the morning haha...!! =))

CREAMY FRUIT SENSATION

-Orange Banana Creme ( BANANAS + ORANGE + CAROB POWDER -> YUM!!)

-Mango Banana Creme (MANGO +BANANA+ CAROB POWDER)

-Kiwis

-Pears(2x)

-Mango (the rest =))

with.........


-CACAO NIBS

-HEMP SEED NUTS



Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...yummy and sooooo easy =))) I could eat it every day =PP

Layered foods/meals are AMAZZZZinG ...I'm PRETTY OBSESSED hah !! =D

What was there....

-MUSHROOM SUN PATE =) (leftovers from yesterday-SOO GooD!!)

-Avo/Leek-y/Carrot Mash ( MODIFIED VERSION of my FAVOURITE AVO/CARROT Mash!!
With LEEKS instead of onion =)) DELICIOUS!!)

-ESSENE BREAD RYE =))

After that I had SUCH a HORRIBLE Polish session!!!!!!!! (TWO HOURS IN A ROW!!!BLAH!!)
Then I wasn't TOO HUNGRY...suprisingly hah =))

Soo..here's my DINNER MEAL...!! Simple,simple...and SOOOO YUMMY!! =D






I created a great SALAD-ish for TODAY!!!
YAY =D


-Chinese cabbage (FRESH!!mm!!)

-Orange

-Grapefruit

-Grapes (green)

-Tomato

-Pepperoni (HooooooT oh so Hooot!! :P)

-AVOCADO

-Beet Russian style Salad (yummy leftovers !!)

+ a generous sprinkling of PARSLEY =DDD


Exactly what I needed!!!!! Great for my body and my soul =DD after that I managed to go for a POWER-WALKiNG session which I TRUELY enjoyed!!! :D

I think what anonymous would like to say more respectfully is, "Agnes, where do you get your protein?"

Jossie thank you =)) I like colorful meals hehe :P

Protein is in every single kind of food =)) Even in veggies and fruits(but of course it's not too much). I know my protein need and I know that I'm getting it every day =) Foods that I use for my protein sources are for example:

NUTs & SEEDS (and nut butters :))
AVOCADOES
SPROUTED GRAINS
ESSENE BREAD (this bread alone is a PROTEIN bust :)) 4 slices covers almost all daily protein need :)) a winner for me!!:))

Well...hope I could explain it :))

I love how darn fresh and healthy everything you eat is. I ESPECIALLY love all of your crazy breakfast fruit purees. I want you to be my personal chef! hahah
