Rush,rush...!!

Hey everyone.

So that's me again and today I've got some real food blogging for you :))


Well, it's been a little crazy today,rushing with lots of stuff...I don't know but I do not always come up with everything I SHOULD DO... :/ That really could be kind of annoying..!!

HAVE YOU GOT SOME SUGGESTIONS HOW TO RELAX ON A BUSY DAY?? :)

And another thing I have to tell you,guys :) I'm currently on a raw vegan diet, well actually I don't like to call it a diet .. :] since I'm not overweight or sth (hah actually I'm rather on the thin side..)
For me the raw eating style is sth like a healing ..for my allergy symptoms and digestion troubles , and so far ( I'm eating like this for about 6 weeks :)) it goes VERY well..!! I suppose I'll make it another few weeks and then we'll see..:)


WHAT DO YOU THINK BOUT RAW VEGAN ..?? HAVE YOU SOME EXPERIENCE WITH IT??
Well...ok so no onto the food thing hah :D (as lots of you say :p)

I woke up before 6 am...I drank lots of water and did a bit stretching. Then I took my breakfast into my room :)) Yes, actually I like to eat in my room :))




Today it was a simple thing,which actually looks not so pretty but tastes GREAT ...


a Smooth-Pudding(like I call it :)) , the one for today consisted of:

BANANAS(2x),
APPLES(5 small ones),
PEARS(2 small ones)
CARROTS(a few small ones),
CELERY and ALMOND BUTTER (2 TBSP) + a pinch vanilla

Into this I stirred some :
GREEN RAISINS (50g) <- they are SO delicious!! and some chopped KIWI (2x) It was quick and gooood :D gave me the energy for the first two classes, which were..History... :/

For a quick snack/lunch I had these goodies....

my fav CARROTY-AVO DIP , 1/2 an AVOCADO, 2 ROMA TOMATOES and HERB FLAX CRACKERS( a handful-cool stuff) oh,and a small carrot "lady" on the side hehe :P

It was SOOOOOOOOO delicious !!!!!!!!! Really quite simple stuff is sometimes the best, I'm sure you know what I mean :)


But after two Polish language classes I was hungry again..!! Sooo I snacked on another HANDFUL of FLAX CRACKERS and another HALF of AVO..:)) but I was in a BIG rush and there are no pics of them :((


After all the stressful lessons I had my main event eating :D Here it goes:




It was ...let's say HUUUUUUUUUGE :-PP

-mixed greens (LOADS of)

-roma tomatoes (4x)

-orange

-carrots

-leek

-kiwi

-red delicious apple

and :

-Essene Spelt Bread (4 slices) <-- do you know this bread?? It's RAW and it's..AMAZING :-]

I'm going to write sth more bout it in the next post..so stay

and some REALY SPICY Wasabi Spread on the side...(well it made my mouth on fire..!!but was pretty tasty!!)

It's weekend already!!!!!! I have some papers to do for my classes on Monday soo.. I think I'll leave you here..but will be back tommorrow :D with more news and more fooood of course!!

The salad looks great!!! I love that you mix fruit and veg together. I do to! Keep up the good work!

i definitely like eating raw foods. i try not to call it a diet either. it's just a way of eating.
