Memento mori....




Heyooo,my Friends!!

I just came back from the cemetery...it was...stunning...the atmosphere...the lights...the silence..... breathtaking...

Well...I think before I show you what was on my menu today..I want to share some pictures from the cemetery.....really it's amazzzing...how everything is covered with little lights...with a sea of light..... oh well...just take a look.... =))

Light....everywhere...I think word are just unnecessary....

Memento mori....yes...I'm just thinking bout people who died...died too fast... always...unexpected.....I'm flying high up there in the sky of my minds....well...

Well,but now!! Here comes the FOOOOD!!!!!! =D hah


The day was beautiful!! I mean ..the weather =>

I woke up to a beautiful sunshine !!

My BREAKFAST consisted of..............







It's a SiMple CAROB-BANANA-CASHEW BUTTER Pudding (SOOO tasty!!) and on the side...

..........MY HOMEMADE (RAW) RAISIN COOKIES !!!!!! =DDDD

I made them yesterday evening .... I mixed a BUNCH of things to the dough
(like leftover ESSENE BREAD,COCONUT FLOUR,CINNAMON,RAISINS....) and then baked them in 50 Celsius degree (bout 100 F ??:P) for about 6 hours...

They were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! =D Yum yum!! Perfect for a Breakfast Treat =D I had 6 of them!!

My parents LOVED them as well yayy!! =D

Studying some boring things and doing LOADS of homework was planned...=/ and I'm not even half done with it...!!!! HORRIBLE =<>

Anyways LUNCH was quick and simple....

...and consisted of my FAVOURITES =))







-ESSENE BREAD SPELT

-AVOCADO

-TOMATOES (I was CRAVING them SOOOOO much hah!!)


Well....it hold me through a couple hours of boredom ...hahhh... SO mmm...!!


And finally ......my DiNNER meal today.....before heading to the cemetery..

It was quick and simple as well...hahh =PP

And MY FAVOURITES AGAIN!!! (Perfect!!)






I whipped up a BiG'ol SALAD-ish...

-fresh crispy greens (mmmm)

-CARROT-y/TURNIPS/APPLE SALAD-y (ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!)

-AVOCADO

-GRAPEFRUIT (white)

-TOMATOES

-RAISINS


and............DRIED MANGO pieces from JOANNA (Cup of Jo) !!!!!!! They are REALLY SOOOOO YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mmmm!!!! Can't believe!! hah!! =DD






Satisfying and SOOOOOO good =)))) just perfect to fuel me for a loooong trip to the cemetery...=)))



My friends ....I'm SOOOOO sorry but I just have to stop now!! I'm really SOOO exhausted after all the running and walking today that I just...have to head to bed quickly ...!!

Wow, the cemetery sounds like a terrific place to spend Halloween! My friends live near a cemetery, and they told me that there's a haunted statue there! Ooh spooky!

hey agnes!! the cemetery looks so pretty with all the candles. i love it.

i need to get my hands on some of that essene bread? where do you get it from?

i also love that you baked cookies for 6 hours. were you trying to dehydrate them? we need to get our own dehydrators. i wonder how much they are?
