Hey heyooo!!

Here I am =)) It won't be long this time again...unfortunately...=( Have to write an essay for tomorrow..=//

But today I heard some good news!! My parents are taking me to Warsaw in Friday!! =)) That's sooo nice...!! Can't wait. But well...I have to take my school books with me..obviously..=///

Ok ...Now I just wanted to THANK YOU ALL again for ALL YOUR WONDERFUL WORDS!!!! I LOVE YOUR SUPPORT and APPRECIATE IT SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!! =DD

My day was not a very good one..=/ it started early with some stretches etc..

And THIS...............

Delicious refreshing combo =D

-BRAZIL NUT-MANGO-BANANA-VANILLA Pudding => simple and never failing =))

-CACAO NIBS =>pure YUM!!

-HEMP SEEDS => my fav!!

and.....

-FRUIT BOX on the side...-> APPLES+ CLEMENTINES+KIWIS => REFRESHING and YUMMY!!


Eaten in a nice "pink-y" atmosphere hah..=P So sweet...=D Satisfied me properly!!

I tried some new SPREADS!!!!!! =D YAY!!

-CREAMY SPINACH BRAZIL SPREAD -> SPINACH+AVOCADO+BRAZIL NUTS+ONION+PARSLEY+PEPPER to taste pureed till smooth =)) ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!
Really try it some day!!!! I'm HOOKED again!!!! =D


-BRAZIL BROCCOLI CREAM CHEEZE -> BRAZIL NUTS+ BROCCOLI+ AVOCADO+NOOCH+ TOMATO PESTO pureed and fermented to get the cheesy-ness =D ANOTHER PERFECTION!!

So I created THIS!!!!!!


-mixed greens with BABY SPINACH =))) my fav!!

-SUNNY Carrot-"rice" =DD (carrots+lemon juice+cashew butter + sunflower seeds+nooch)
(with a CLEMENTINE-SUN!! =D)

-AVOCADO

-tomatoes

-oranges

-kiwi

+parsley


ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!!!!!! Really it was exactly what I needed!!!!!!! =DDDDD Every flavor was DELICIOUS!!! (and simple to prepare was it too!! So COOL!! =D)

WARM HEARTY GRAIN DISH!!! (RAW STYLE =DD)

I prepared some SPROUTED BROWN MILLET with water and heated it gently until it has thickened....then I added NOOCH and Brushetta Spice and chopped RED BELL PEPPER =))


In addition to this I mixed a quick-y SAUCE....=D

-ITALIAN MARINARA -> TOMATOES+SUN DRIED TOMATOES+ AVOCADO+CASHEWS+ Brushetta Spice


What did my parents say bout their dinner....................????? =>

Oh well.......They started their "mmmm", "yummy", "you're a genious!!How do you manage to combine all the falvors so perfect?!" etc. etc...... while eating these meal....=DDD

So I think they.....really loved it =DDD

( I tried a bit myself and I'M SURE they LOVED it hah =PP)


Ok.....now after all the FooD Deliciousness =))) I have to STOP and go right back to my essay =/
